I'm excited to let you know I'm taking part in the Live More Now campaign with BUFF! The idea is to do exactly that. Get out there, live life, and try something new. With that in mind, I'm trying to get into yoga. It's something for so long that I've meant to do, to benefit my running and my general well being.
I received three pieces of gear. First, two UV multifunctional headbands. These are ideal for my yoga work outs. They'll keep the sweat back and off my face, helping to keep me cool, and fit oh so comfortably. For other moments living life, I received the Pro Run Cap. This is pretty cool looking. Sweat wicking, breathability, UV protection, and even built in sunglasses holder in the cap.
Follow me along on this journey. Hopefully, I'll gain some flexibility and live a little more.
