I'm always excited to work with some BUFF® gear. It's one of my favorite brands, as they make some great gear. I've been putting my UV multifunctional headbands to work. I've used them in some yoga, and just other times where I need the UV and sweat protection. They've performed fantastically. They're light and comfortable, which is what I love about this size BUFF® headware: just enough to cover all the head but no more than necessary keeping everything cool. Sweat stays up on my head and out of my eyes, as it should be. When you're bending this way and that, you really don't need sweat coming down into your eyes, distracting you, forcing you to wipe your face clean or fight your way through it. I've also used them out while doing yard work in the summer sun; a serious test of both the UV and sweat protection. They stood up strong to the Florida sun and protected my thinning hair up top.
I'm just getting started on the yoga. Not far, in both my amount of training and my flexibility, but I'm starting. It something I can see the value in, but it definitely will need the long commitment. That's something I hope I work towards.
