Donald Duck New Balance Shoes | #MagicalMickey

One of my favorite pieces of runDisney swag I've ever purchased are my Goofy runDisney 2014 shoes. They're picture has appeared in many posts, because I just love them. They're bright, comfy, and they have Goofy on them. In 2014, they released them all at once. This year, the have been releasing them throughout the year. In January, they released some "retro" designs, which I was not a huge fan of, but they are just not my style.  The latest shoe to be announce, features a fine feathered friend.

The latest edition to the 2015 line of runDisney shoes are the Donald Duck Fresh Foam Boracay shoes. These join the Tinker Bell Fresh Foam Boracay shoes that were introduced at the Tinker Bell Half Marathon. While I have not tried the Fresh Foam, the style of these shoes are one that I like.

The blue and white gives that classic Donald design, with a great orange sole for that duck in you. Like all runDisney shoes, they offer plenty of nods to the characters they are themed for: such as his red bow tie and a black tag on the back that matches that of his hat.

These shoes join the 2015 lineup and will be available at the runDisney Health and Fitness expo, starting on September 3, at the Disneyland Hotel.

One interesting thing I noticed when looking at the full line up of shoes, was two different black and white shoes, from those introduced in January. What did I miss? As it turns out, at Princess Half Marathon weekend, they introduced some non-retro designs, which went under the radar (for me at least). While I like more color, I enjoy these more than the retro shoes from January.

What do you think of the new shoe? Do you own and runDisney shoes?

Onto the Linkup

Here are the guidelines:

The post just needs to be about anything Disney related. There have been posts on runDisney, on the parks and even on the Moms Panel, so just give it some Disney and count it.

New posts are fantastic, but for now, if you have a great old post you want to share, drop it on in.

Try to visit as many of the posts that you can as time allows. The point of this is to share and support each other.

If you're going to be a regular, please link back to the host posts. It's just good etiquette and frankly, that's how others will get to your fellow Disney lovers content. Without that link back, they can't find the linkup and therefore the other blogs. Help me help you.

You also have the option to add the linkup code to your post if you'd like. It is not required, just another option. If not, please follow the above link back guideline. Get the InLinkz code
